3. ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with English and scored at least 40% marks.
- Science subjects are preferred, but not compulsory.
- Students who completed 10+2 through State Open School or NIOS are also eligible.
- Candidates who completed a Vocational ANM course with at least 40% marks and English are eligible.
- Candidates with Vocational Health Care Science in 10+2 from a recognized board are eligible.
- Registered ANM candidates who have passed are also eligible.
4. SYLLABUS
The GNM syllabus combines theoretical education, practical training, and clinical experience to develop essential nursing knowledge and professional skills. The curriculum covers nursing sciences, medical-surgical nursing, community health, child health, mental health, midwifery, and practical clinical training.
